I don’t know if I would agree with this. My order would be 1. Make sure you’re getting good grades because your GPA is hard to improve from, 2. Make sure you make a plan for studying for the LSAT because, as of now, that’s the most important part of the application, and 3. Focus on your extracurriculars.
