ADMIN MOD. Breezeline is a fucking mess. Here's my experience with Breezeline the past week: Called last Wednesday to have services moved over to our new house, set the transfer date to Saturday. "There was prior service at the house, all you need to do is plug the modem in and activate!" Saturday rolls around, we move into the house, no internet.

No cable/internet conglomerate is inherently good nor is their service perfect. That said, I've been a Spectrum internet customer stretching back to their Time Warner days in the early 2000s and I've been pleased with their services. The two times I've had internet issues, they were quick to send a technician out and quick to resolve the problem.
