Nectar Return Process October 2022. I wanted to provide an update on the return process as it seems less painful and faster than what I read about when I was getting ready to return. I had my mattress for 10 months and even with the free pillow topper they gave me to keep it, I hated it and decided it was time to return it.

With that being said, Nectar is notorious for finding any reason possible to weasel their way out of honoring their warranty. And they unfortunately sink really bad like you're experiencing very quickly. So even if your Mattress was in pristine condition, they most likely would have found some way to decline it anyway.
